THE INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED SECRETARIES & ADMINISTRATORS (ICSA)
The ICSA is the world’s leading professional body for Chartered Secretaries & Administrators. Law graduates receive 10 exemptions and only have to complete 2 assignments and 4 papers by exam. Subjects include Corporate Governance, Corporate Administration, Corporate Financial Management and Corporate Secretaryship. BAC students won 8 out of 9 National Book Prizes in the December 2008 and 2009 examinations.

THE DIPLOMA IN INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION
The Diploma in International Arbitration is offered exclusively by Brickfields Asia College in collaboration with the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators. The course is delivered by experienced arbitrators and gives students a sound grounding in arbitration.

CORPORATE COUNSEL DIPLOMA
The Corporate Counsel Diploma is offered exclusively by Brickfields Asia College (BAC) in collaboration with the Malaysian Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA). The Diploma caters for in-house lawyers and covers drafting commercial agreements, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, management skills, setting up and managing an in-house legal department, corporate governance and much more.

DIPLOMA FOR PARALEGALS
The Diploma for Paralegals is designed to give law students a more hands on and practical aspect of working and managing in a law firm. Students will study areas not covered by the LLB and CLP. The Diploma for Paralegals is awarded by The Institute of Legal Executives (ILEX) UK, a professional body which represents 22,000 trainee and practicing Legal Executives.

MINI-MBA
The MINI-MBA is a distinctive qualification which will guide students through all the aspects covered in a standard MBA programme offered at any top business school; but in a more intensive and accelerated format. Modules include:
