Mountain Climb Challenge ( 700reps )
Climb baby, Climb! Start with plank position. Knee to chest, back out again, repeat with the other leg…and keep on going! Mountain Climbers engages multiple muscle groups at once. It helps to improve your balance, agility, coordination, strength, flexibility and blood circulation. Your goal? Simply complete 50 reps each day, and by the end of this challenge, you would have completed a feat of 700 reps. Need we say more? Challenge Conditions:
- Record 350 repitition over the challenge period.
- This challenge accepts following activities: Workout
- You must connect your tracker if you want your activities to be taken into account
- You must register before doing your activitiy to have your activities counted.
- Only activities done after the challenge registration and after the start of the challenge will be counted.
- Your activity must be completed between 03/10/2022 from 12AM and 16/10/2022 at 11:59 PM.
