About The Speaker

Sen Ze is a Barrister-at-Law from Lincoln’s Inn, an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, the author of the new book, The Intelligent Lawyer, the founder of The Intelligent Lawyer Inner Circle and the creator of The Super Intelligent Lawyer Programme.
He began his career as a junior associate more than 30 years ago. He would get a more than 30% increment in his salary per year starting in his first year. This would be 5 – 6 times more than his peers. In only his third year, he was offered a profit-sharing arrangement in his firm, which would then lead to partnership.
His quick progression in his legal career did not come from longer hours or louder visibility. It came from understanding how value, responsibility, and outcomes are interpreted inside legal environments, and adjusting his thinking and actions accordingly.
Sen Ze is also a best-selling author on entrepreneurship and how technology can be used to grow a business quickly and cost-effectively. In parallel with his legal practice, he has spent the past 3 decades teaching professionals and business owners on how to grow their businesses from scratch using little-known but very effective strategies most business owners don’t know about.
Sen Ze’s talk draws from actual lived experience inside and outside law practices. His unique experiences makes his talk a must-attend for lawyers of all types as he integrates strategies not normally used in legal practice, for leverage they otherwise would not get.
