Investing in Tomorrow: BAC Education Group Pledges RM335,000 in Scholarships Through MUKMIN Future Leaders Scholarship

Education has always been one of the most powerful drivers of social mobility. For many deserving students, however, access to higher education often depends not only on talent and determination, but also on opportunity.
Reaffirming its commitment to making quality education more accessible, BAC Education Group pledged RM335,000 in scholarship waivers under the MUKMIN Future Leaders Scholarship (MFLS) initiative during the official launch of the Indian Muslim Transformation Framework 2030 (IMTF2030) on 24 July 2026.
Witnessed by the Prime Minister of Malaysia, YAB Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim, the event marked an important milestone in BAC’s ongoing efforts to transform lives through education while strengthening its partnership with Pertubuhan Gabungan MUKMIN Malaysia (MUKMIN).
A Shared Vision for Educational Access
The collaboration reflects a shared belief between BAC Education Group and MUKMIN that education should never be limited by financial circumstances.
Through the MUKMIN Future Leaders Scholarship (MFLS), BAC will support 29 deserving students from B40 backgrounds in pursuing their higher education in 2026 across institutions within the Group.
The RM335,000 scholarship commitment represents more than financial assistance. It is an investment in students with the potential to become future professionals, community leaders and changemakers, reinforcing BAC Education Group’s long-standing mission of providing transformative educational opportunities to deserving Malaysians.
Empowering the Next Generation
Representing BAC Education Group at the official launch was Mr Aria Singham, Managing Director of BAC College, who participated in the scholarship presentation ceremony on behalf of the Group.
One of the highlights of the event was the presentation of a full scholarship to Nur Zuhairah Tasnim Binti Abdul Rahim, who will pursue the Foundation in Law programme for the September 2026 intake.
The scholarship presentation, witnessed by the Prime Minister, symbolised the opportunities that initiatives such as the MUKMIN Future Leaders Scholarship create for students with the ambition to pursue higher education and realise their potential.
Speaking on the initiative, Mr Aria Singham said:
“BAC Education has always believed that education is one of the most powerful forces for transforming lives and uplifting communities. Through our partnership with MUKMIN and the BAC Education Fund, we are investing not only in 29 deserving students, but also in the families, communities and futures they represent. We hope these scholarships will empower each recipient to pursue their aspirations, realise their potential and, in time, create opportunities for others. Together, we are opening pathways to a brighter and more equitable future—one where talent is nurtured, potential is fulfilled and no deserving student is left behind. Presenting a full scholarship to Nur Zuhairah was a particularly meaningful moment and a powerful reminder that talent and ambition should never be limited by financial circumstances.”
Creating Pathways for Future Leaders
The launch of the Indian Muslim Transformation Framework 2030 also underscored the importance of collaboration between educational institutions and community organisations in expanding access to quality education.
By partnering with MUKMIN, BAC continues to create meaningful pathways for deserving students to pursue their academic aspirations, regardless of financial background. The initiative reflects a shared commitment to nurturing future leaders who will contribute positively to their communities and to the nation’s development.
As BAC continues to champion accessible education, partnerships such as the MUKMIN Future Leaders Scholarship serve as a reminder that scholarships are more than financial aid. They are investments in people, in opportunity, and in a future where every deserving student has the chance to succeed.
With RM335,000 committed to supporting 29 students in 2026, BAC Education Group and MUKMIN are not only opening doors to higher education—they are helping shape the next generation of leaders who will carry Malaysia forward.
