COURSE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 Credits at SPM/ GCE O-Levels or equivalent, and
- Minimum 2 Passes at STPM, A-Levels or equivalent, and
- A Law Degree recognised by LPQB, and
- Malaysian Citizen, Bruneian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Malaysia

The BAC CLP certificate preparatory course runs for approximately 9 months. It is an intensive programme designed to prepare candidates for the main CLP examination held annually.
The Certificate in Legal Practice course itself is purely academic and does not require an internship. However, passing the CLP is the mandatory prerequisite to commence your 9-month pupillage (chambering) at a law firm to become a qualified Advocate and Solicitor.
