BAC Law Students Shine at ALSA Taylor’s 2025 Law Review Competition

On July 5th, 5 UK Transfer Programme Law students from Brickfields Asia College (BAC) proved to their peers and beyond that hard work, dedication, and passion for the law can lead to great things.
Shaohanna Joy Khoo Hui Xian, Lucas Elisha Christie, Faam Siang Man, Ng Yuan Hong, and Samantha Abigail Miranda represented BAC at the ALSA Taylor’s University 2025 Law Review Competition, and emerged as 1st Runners-Up.
This was a prestigious event that had competitors from all across the country, vying for recognition in legal research, writing, and critical thinking. To stand out among such strong competition is no small feat, and our students did so with professionalism, depth, and clarity.
An Achievement to Remember
Their achievement speaks volumes not just of their individual capabilities, but of the UKT programme’s commitment to excellence. Competitions like these don’t just test knowledge. They reward curiosity, analysis, and the ability to think critically under pressure. These are the very qualities BAC strives to nurture in every law student.
To our team - your performance has inspired your peers, your lecturers, and your community. You've set a high bar, and we can’t wait to see where your legal journeys take you next.
Congratulations, champions! Your success is just the beginning.
