Examination Structure of the Programme

Students who successfully complete the Cambridge A-Level programme are eligible for direct entry into Year 1 of our Undergraduate Degree Programmes and universities worldwide. Whether your passion lies in Law, Business, Technology, or Communications, we have a clear pathway for you.
You can choose to complete your degree entirely in Malaysia or utilise our UK Transfer Degree Programme to finish your studies at one of our partner universities abroad.

The Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) exams are held twice a year:

Note: Registration must be completed in January or July respectively.

The A Level is a 100% exam-based qualification split into two stages:
- AS Level: The first half of the syllabus (50% of grade).

It depends on your target university:
- For BAC UK Transfer (Law/Business): Minimum 2 A Level passes.
- For External/Global Universities: Minimum 3 A Level passes is the standard requirement.

- For Law/Economics: No. You do not need to take Law or Economics at A Level to study them at university. Any subjects are accepted.
- For Medicine or any Bioscience related field: Yes. You generally need 2 Science subjects plus Biology.
- For Engineering: Yes. You must take Mathematics and Physics and one other science subject.
