On Friday, October 13th, 2023, IACT College signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Inmagine Innovation for the Pixlr programme at BACPAC.
What is Pixlr?
Pixlr is a cloud-based image editing tool and utility. It is a programme that includes a variety of different photo editors and its own photo sharing service within its expansive platform.
Its tools and editing software are AI-powered, providing stunning and high-quality designs that catalyse the editing process for users at a rapid level, all done with an untethered user experience.
A Momentous Occasion
The signing ceremony was attended by distinguished Inmagine Innovation guests, including the Director, Mr. Simon Dayton, the Manager/Business Development, Mr. Yeoh Jor Ji, and the Senior Executive of Pixlr Education, Ms. Nurnilamsari Jailani.
This is a momentous occasion for IACT and the BAC Education Group as a whole! Such a collaboration not only provides students with free, high-class photo editing software but also promises certificates, training, and resources that will aid students in better equipping themselves for their future professional work lives.
Thus, helping them stand out from the crowd and also upgrade their skills on a meaningful and noticeable scale.
What Does This Mean for Our Students?
While this is a great achievement and milestone for IACT students, this agreement also benefits all other institutions within the BAC Education Group.
This gives opportunities for our law students, our hospitality students, and our IT students to develop new skills with the Pixlr platform to further boost their employability and accessibility into new industries.
