New Year, Real Me
From Case Laws to Life Goals
The BAC Women’s Legal Rights Club successfully hosted From Case Laws to Life Goals on 21st January 2026, a workshop designed to support law students in navigating both their academic journey and personal growth.
The session provided valuable insights into goal setting, emotional management, and achieving balance throughout the law school journey. The workshop was led by Ms Adrianna, a certified trainer and life coach based in Malaysia, who focuses on emotional resilience and healthy financial habits. With her guidance, participants were encouraged to reset, refocus, and realign both their academic and personal goals.
Through interactive discussions and guided reflection activities, students explored emotional well-being, stress management, and the importance of balance while navigating the demands of law school. Despite a smaller turnout due to academic commitments, the session remained highly engaging and impactful. Students actively contributed during discussions, the social mixer, and the Q&A session, fostering genuine connections and thoughtful exchanges.
Feedback from participants highlighted that the workshop was highly relatable, insightful, and valuable for their journey as law students. Many shared their appreciation for the practical tools, perspectives, and real-world guidance offered during the session.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Ms Adrianna for generously sharing her time, expertise, and wisdom. A big thank you also to everyone who attended and supported the event. Your engagement made the session truly special.
This workshop reinforces WLRC’s commitment to creating empowering and supportive initiatives for law students. We’re excited to continue organising events that inspire growth, skill-building, and meaningful connections.
