We are absolutely excited to share with everyone that UNIMY has once again achieved another major milestone, and that is our UNIMY x Alibaba Cloud Partnership goes finally live! This new milestone is going to open the door for students to gain hands-on cloud infrastructure experience before they even graduate.

With the grand vision of going beyond just theory education, a major step like this has made this vision become much more real.

UNIMY students will now have direct access to industry-level cloud tools and learning resources. This includes one full year of free cloud server access, allowing students to experiment, deploy applications, and manage systems in a real environment.

Students will also gain access to more than 180 online courses through Alibaba Cloud Academy, covering cloud computing, AI, data, and emerging technologies. On top of that, students can earn free professional certifications, including Cloud Engineer Associate and Clouder certifications, which are recognised globally.

Most importantly, students will graduate with hands-on deployment experience. Instead of only understanding cloud concepts in theory, they will have worked directly with real infrastructure, a skillset that employers actively look for.

Strong Support for Our Faculty

A partnership like this also comes with two things for our faculty, and that is better teaching and delivery at UNIMY. Our lecturers will receive Train-the-Trainer support from Alibaba Cloud experts, ensuring that industry knowledge flows directly into the classroom.

Faculty members will also have access to ready-to-use course materials and a dedicated teaching server for one year, enabling smoother integration of cloud content into academic programmes.

This means our students benefit from lessons that are current, practical, and aligned with the practices the industry is using.
