Lecturer Bio

Kris Charity is a practicing trial attorney and the founder of TrialSim, an AI-powered advocacy training platform designed to close the performance gap in legal education.
A former Assistant District Attorney who litigated hundreds of cases across criminal and civil courts, Kris built TrialSim around a core conviction: that the training separating good advocates from great ones has historically depended on institutional privilege, mentorship access, and sheer repetition — not talent.
TrialSim's proprietary PRESENCE framework translates the instincts of experienced trial lawyers into a structured, AI-driven feedback system that gives law students and early-career practitioners the kind of high-quality reps that elite practitioners take for granted.
Kris holds a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a B.S. in Marketing from Hampton University.
