BACCF Welcoming Party 2026 — BACTogether

Starting University Together, With Christ at the Center.

By Jane Dava, BAC Engage

The BAC Christian Fellowship (BACCF) hosted its annual Welcoming Party, BACTogether, on 15 September 2026 at BACPAC, bringing together new and returning students for an evening of fellowship, meaningful conversations and new connections. The theme BACTogether reflects BACCF’s desire to create a welcoming community where Christian students can find a sense of belonging on campus, connect with one another, hear the Gospel and reflect on what it means to navigate university life with the right priorities.

The evening began with an introduction to BACCF, followed by a fun activity giving new students the opportunity to get to know one another and build new friendships, followed by praise and worship. A forum featuring three BACCF alumni, Eunice, Shadric and Shin Kay — gave students a glimpse into their own university journeys. They shared how they first encountered BACCF and how the Fellowship shaped their experiences as students, particularly in encouraging them to live out and share their faith in their everyday lives on campus.

The event also provided an opportunity for students to reflect on the different aspects of university life, including their studies, friendships and future aspirations. Through the various sessions and activities, students were encouraged to consider how these areas can be lived out as part of their commitment to God. With the support of BACCF’s subcommittees, the event also brought its members together to serve and welcome the new students. Through their involvement, they had the opportunity to demonstrate what it means to live out their faith within the university community.

As a new chapter begins, BACCF hopes that BACTogether will be more than just a welcoming event, and a reminder for students to build their university lives on a lasting foundation. Through their studies, friendships and future careers, may they continue to live with purpose, reflect God’s light and keep Christ at the center of it all. Here’s to a new semester, new friendships and a journey BACTogether. A big thanks to BACCF for initiating this welcoming party.
