You will help nurture children in all aspects of development, ensuring their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. With our Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ODL), you will acquire the specialised skills needed to be an early childhood educator, and contribute towards the initial development of young learners.

With this Course, You Will:

  • Be equipped with mandatory qualification, as required by the Malaysian government, for staff employed in licensed early childhood centres (kindergartens and childcare centres)
  • Be qualified with an MQA approved programme which includes IR4.0 elements (digital transformation)
  • Be highly sought-after by early childhood specialists. Learn about the scientific and theoretical underpinnings of psychology

      How Do I Get In?

      • A pass in SPM or its equivalent, with a minimum of three (3) credits in any subject; OR  
      • A pass in STPM or its equivalent, with a minimum of Grade C (GPA 2.00) in any subject or its equivalent; OR  
      • A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul or its equivalent; OR  
      • A pass in SKM Level 3 and pass SPM with one (1) credit; OR a Certificate of its equivalent; OR 
      • A pass in UEC with at least Grade B in any 5 subjects OR 
      • Any other qualifications recognized by the university senate
