Stay fit with our state-of-the-art gym, a swimming pool, a steam room for relaxation, and professionally qualified fitness instructors.

Our weekly fitness and dance classes run throughout the year. These include including Muay Thai, Salsation, Zumba, Belly Dancing and Yoga, among others.

Swim for fitness or leisure in our picturesque swimming pool at the PJ campus. We also offer swimming lessons for beginners and Aqua Zumba.
